Location Match — 30 points
We compare your property location with the agent’s selected service areas. Agents with a focused local match may score higher than agents with broad location coverage.
Property Type — 20 points
We check whether the agent’s profile shows experience with your property category, such as family homes, premium property, lifestyle, investment, rural, apartments or townhouses.
Sale Method — 10 points
We compare your preferred selling method with the agent’s listed sale method experience.
Your Priorities — 20 points
We compare your selected priorities with the agent’s profile strengths, including marketing, local knowledge, communication, premium property experience and video or social content.
Profile Strength — 5 points
We check whether the agent profile is complete enough to assess clearly, including their profile image, description, contact details, social links and booking options.
TrueProperty Verification — 15 points
