TrueProperty's services are available to individuals and businesses within New Zealand. The services may only be used for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to use the services in any way that could harm TrueProperty, its partners, or any third party.

Membership and Access

Certain features or services provided by TrueProperty may require registration or subscription. By registering, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update this information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. TrueProperty reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if any unauthorized activity is detected.

Content Ownership and Intellectual Property

All content created by TrueProperty, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and graphics, remains the intellectual property of TrueProperty or its licensors. Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the content for their own real estate business purposes. Redistribution, resale, or use of the content outside of the agreed-upon purposes is strictly prohibited without express written permission from TrueProperty.

User Obligations

You agree to use TrueProperty’s services in a lawful manner. You are prohibited from using any content or services for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to harassment, fraud, or intellectual property infringement. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its services, or interfere with the operation of the website.

Limitation of Liability

TrueProperty will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the services; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any bugs, viruses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services by any third party; or (iv) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TrueProperty, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services, or your violation of these terms.

Termination

TrueProperty reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease, and any data associated with your account may be deleted. You agree that TrueProperty shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the services.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

Your continued use of the services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review the terms periodically for any updates or changes.

Truepoints System

TrueProperty offers a rewards program known as the "Truepoints" system, designed to reward agents for utilizing our services. The following terms apply to the Truepoints system:

Earning Truepoints: Truepoints can only be earned by using TrueProperty's services. The specific number of Truepoints awarded for each service may vary and will be determined by TrueProperty at its sole discretion.
Redeeming Truepoints: Truepoints can only be redeemed for services offered by TrueProperty. They cannot be redeemed for cash, have no monetary value, and cannot be exchanged, sold, or transferred.
Non-Purchasable: Truepoints cannot be purchased or acquired through any means other than the use of TrueProperty’s services.
Expiration and Forfeiture: Truepoints may have an expiration date (Not currently implemented) as determined by TrueProperty. Truepoints that are not redeemed before their expiration date will be forfeited without compensation. TrueProperty also reserves the right to adjust or cancel Truepoints, with or without notice, if misuse or fraudulent activity is detected.
Program Changes: TrueProperty reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Truepoints system at any time, with or without notice. Any changes to the program will be posted on our website, and your continued use of the services will constitute acceptance of these changes.
Limitations: Truepoints cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts, or promotions unless expressly stated by TrueProperty.
