Introducing TruePoints

Jun 3
2 min read

TruePoints is a loyalty program built to reward agents and vendors for supporting TrueProperty.

The idea is simple: when campaigns are booked through the platform, points are generated. These points can then be used to support future marketing activity across TrueProperty.

TruePoints has been created to encourage agents, vendors, and offices to keep building momentum with their marketing while being rewarded for the activity they help create.

How TruePoints work

TruePoints are connected to booked campaigns.

When campaigns are booked, points are earned. Over time, these points can build up and be used toward future campaign activity.

The process is simple:

  1. Book campaigns

Points are earned when eligible campaigns are booked.

  2. Earn points

Agents and vendors can accumulate points over time.

  3. Redeem points

Points can then be used toward future campaign bookings or eligible marketing activity.

Agent TruePoints

Agent TruePoints are designed to reward agents for supporting and selling TrueProperty campaign packages.

When agents book eligible campaigns, they can earn points that may be used toward future agent marketing or campaign activity.

This means agents can sell property packages and earn support for their own marketing at the same time.

Agent TruePoints may be used to help with things like:

  • Agent marketing campaigns

  • Future campaign activity

  • Discounted or supported promotional work

The goal is to help agents grow their own brand while continuing to support vendors with strong property marketing.

Vendor TruePoints

Vendor TruePoints are designed to keep the system fair for property owners who support TrueProperty campaigns.

Vendors can also receive points when eligible property campaigns are booked, but vendor points are more limited in how they can be used.

Vendor points can only be used to extend a campaign and apply a 25% discount.

This gives vendors a practical benefit while keeping the reward system focused on campaign support rather than general marketing spend.

Vendor TruePoints may be used to:

  • Extend a property campaign

  • Keep a listing active for longer

  • Apply a 25% discount when using vendor points

Where TruePoints can be used

TruePoints can support different types of campaign activity across the platform

Agent Marketing

Agents may be able to use TruePoints to request a free or discounted agent marketing campaign.

This can help agents promote their personal brand, profile, content, or services.

Property Marketing

TruePoints may also be used toward property marketing activity, helping promote a vendor’s property for free or at a discount where eligible.

Office Marketing

Offices may also be able to use TruePoints to support office-level marketing activity, such as promoting an event, office campaign, or recruitment activity.

Why TruePoints matter

TrueProperty is built around helping agents, vendors, and offices create better marketing outcomes.

TruePoints adds a reward layer to that activity.

Agents can be rewarded for booking campaigns and supporting the platform. Vendors can receive a fair benefit that helps them extend campaign activity. Offices can also use points to support broader marketing goals.

The system is designed to make campaign activity more rewarding while encouraging ongoing marketing momentum.

Important note

TruePoints is designed to reward loyalty and support.

The system may continue to evolve over time, and earning rules or redemption options may be expanded in the future.

Vendor TruePoints are limited to campaign extension discounts only and cannot be used for other services.
