Office Overview and Package Allocation

TrueProperty now includes an Office Overview page for admin users.


This page gives office admins a simple way to view campaign activity across their agents and allocate pre-purchased marketing packages from one central area.


What the Office Overview page is for


The Office Overview page is designed to help admins manage agent marketing activity at an office level.


Instead of reviewing each agent separately, admins can see a group of agents in one place and quickly understand who has active or pending campaign activity.


This makes it easier to manage campaign volume, allocate packages, and support agents across the office.


Agent campaign overview


Each agent is shown as a card on the page.


The card can display key details such as:


  • Agent name

  • Agent contact details

  • Profile image

  • Active agent campaigns

  • Active property campaigns

  • Pending agent campaigns

  • Pending property campaigns

  • Connected social platforms


This gives admins a quick snapshot of each agent’s current marketing activity.


Campaign volume visibility


The page helps admins see campaign volume across the office.


This is useful for understanding which agents are actively using the platform, which agents have campaigns pending, and where support or allocation may be needed.


By showing campaign counts at the agent level, admins can make faster decisions without needing to open multiple pages.


Package allocation


The Office Overview page also includes a package allocation area.


Admins can select an agent and allocate pre-purchased marketing packages to them.


The allocation form can include:


  • Selected agent

  • Package type

  • Quantity

  • Message

  • Confirm and cancel options


This gives office admins a simple way to distribute marketing packages across their team.


Pre-purchased marketing packages


The allocation feature is designed for offices that have purchased campaign packages in advance.


Admins can then allocate those packages to specific agents when required.


This helps support office-level marketing budgets, agent campaign planning, and internal package management.
