TrueProperty now includes group discussion pages for teams, offices, and partner groups.
Groups are designed to give users a simple space to communicate, share updates, ask questions, post content, and keep relevant information together in one place.
What groups are for
The Groups feature gives each team or office its own discussion area inside the TrueProperty platform.
This can be used for internal updates, marketing conversations, support questions, campaign discussions, content ideas, and team communication.
Instead of important updates being spread across emails, messages, or separate tools, groups give users a central place to keep the conversation connected to the platform.
Group discussion feed
Each group includes a discussion feed where members can share posts and updates.
Users can create a post, write a message, and share content with the group.
Posts can be used for things like:
Asking for help
Sharing marketing updates
Posting team reminders
Discussing campaign ideas
Sharing useful tips
Highlighting platform updates
Running simple polls or questions
Photos, videos, and GIFs
The post composer includes options to add media such as photos, videos, and GIFs.
This makes the group discussion area more flexible for visual updates, examples, property content, screenshots, marketing ideas, or quick team communication.
Group tabs
Each group page includes tabs for different types of group content.
These include:
Discussion
Media
Files
Members
About
This helps keep group activity more organised and gives users a simple way to find the type of information they need.
Members area
The group page includes a members panel so users can see who belongs to the group.
Admins can also add members to the group, making it easier to manage who has access to the discussion space.
Comments, reactions, and views
Posts inside the group can show engagement details such as comments and views.
This helps members see whether updates have been seen and gives the group a place to continue the conversation underneath each post.
Private group spaces
Groups can be used as controlled spaces for specific teams, offices, or partner groups.
This allows conversations to stay relevant to the people who need access, rather than being mixed into a wider public area.
Why this matters
Real estate teams often have a lot of small conversations happening at once.
There may be campaign questions, social media ideas, property updates, support requests, vendor information, platform questions, and general team notices.
The Groups feature gives those conversations a home inside TrueProperty.
It helps teams stay connected, keep useful updates visible, and create a simple communication space around their property marketing and platform activity.
