New Admin Access: Smarter Reporting, Same Agent Control

At TrueProperty, we’re always looking for ways to make marketing campaigns simpler, smarter, and more transparent. Our latest update is built with offices and vendors in mind: we’ve introduced a new admin system that gives office managers access to their agents’ property campaigns.


Why We Built It


One of the biggest challenges for offices has been the process of sharing vendor reports and keeping track of multiple campaigns at once. Until now, that’s been entirely agent-driven, which can make office-wide oversight clunky.


With our new admin access, office managers can now:


  • View all active property campaigns within their office.

  • Access vendor-ready reports more easily.

  • Ensure consistency and accountability across the board.


This means less back-and-forth and more time focusing on vendors.


Protecting Agent Autonomy


Just as important as making things easier for offices is protecting agents’ independence. That’s why admin access has been carefully limited:


  • Admins only see agent property templates and campaign reports.

  • No access is given to other areas of the platform.

  • Agents remain fully in control of their client relationships and day-to-day business.


We believe in empowering agents, not replacing them. Admin tools should support, not overshadow.
