Why We Reduced Platforms in the Essential Package (and Why It’s a Good Thing)

We’ve recently made a small but important change to our Essential Agent Marketing Package: campaigns now run on a maximum of two platforms instead of three.


On the surface, it might look like we’re offering less. In reality, this update is about making campaigns stronger, longer, and more effective.


Why We Made the Change


There are a few reasons behind this adjustment:


  • Longer Campaigns: We wanted to extend the Essential Package out to five weeks without increasing the cost. That extra week matters, it gives campaigns more time to reach buyers and vendors in market.

  • Flexibility During the Campaign: Running across fewer platforms allows us to adjust targeting, optimize spend, and refine strategy mid-campaign without stretching budgets too thin.

  • Budget Efficiency: Agent marketing is more labour-intensive than property campaigns. Trying to split limited budgets across too many platforms often resulted in weaker performance. Two well-funded platforms consistently outperform three underfunded ones.

  • Quality Over Quantity: Fewer platforms means we can put more time and attention into the creative process, content turnaround, and reporting, instead of diluting efforts across too many channels.


What This Means for Agents


  • You’re still getting full coverage on the platforms that matter most (Facebook, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc. depending on strategy).

  • Campaigns now run longer, giving you more consistent visibility.

  • Reports and optimizations will be sharper, because we’re not spreading ourselves too thin.


In short: two platforms done properly beats three platforms done half-baked.

Yes, the Essential Package now includes two platforms instead of three. But with a five-week runtime and tighter focus, you’ll see better efficiency, better flexibility, and better results.
